What exactly is the procedure to dispose the tree clippings in the Custer transfer station. I hired a contractor to prune the two trees in front of my home and went with them to dispose the tree clippings carrying my water bill. The guard still charged me $60 to dispose saying Contractor vehicles must pay even though the sign there clearly says "Free drop-offs" are allowed for home-owners with material from their personal residence.
In other words, what other proof must be necessary to prove that the clippings are from my own home?
I left the supervisor with a voice mail which has not been returned so far. Very disappointed.

North Texas Municipal Water District, the entity that owns and operates this facility has strict guidelines on the types of vehicles that are allowed free collections. No commercial landscaping vehicles can drop off for free. It must be taken in a personal (or rental like U-haul or Lowes) vehicle to receive the free drop-off.
