What is the city code for a fire pit in the bachyard in the city of frisco? I intend to buy one like the attached image to use in the backyard but want to make sure I am not violating any city code. Fire pit

Building Inspections only regulates the construction of a permanent fire pit and outdoor illuminating appliances. I believe these portable recreational devices would be best addressed by the Fire Marshal’s Office.

As a note, accessory structures that fall under the regulation of Zoning as a fire pit are required to be 15 feet from the main structure and 10 feet from any other combustible materials.
