Are there any plans of getting more ISPs to provide services in Frisco. I am in Village Lakes and all I have is AT&T UVerse.

I understand most people have at least a choice between TWC and UVerse, but some in my subdivision don't.

Is there anything / any incentive that the city can offer to get more competition in here?

The City regulates activity in the Right of Way, requiring permits for activity, in order to ensure safety and a database of the utilities and locations within the Right of Way. The City does not offer incentives for private telecommunications to service areas of the city, telecommunication companies make a business decision on where they will provide service.
