Thank you for your note, and interest in Frisco’s new Recreation & Aquatic Center. Membership passes will become available in mid-September. At that point, you will be able to purchase individual or family annual passes for the facility. Should you choose to purchase a pass to the facility prior to its opening, you will be considered a “Founding Member” and will receive special incentives. The specific timeline related to the Founding Members Campaign will be communicated and distributed to the public in the coming weeks. I would suggest that you visit the city’s website and keep an eye out for the September issue of ‘Focal Point’ towards the end of this month for the release of this information. Please contact me directly if you have any additional questions about the facility. I trust you will be impressed with all the facility has to offer. Thank you.

Thanks for the question regarding whether or not residence within the FISD district qualifies for resident membership rates.
In answer to your question, no, if your full time residence lies outside of the City of Frisco City Limits, you would not be eligible for resident rates.
If you have any additional questions regarding this, please feel free to let me know.
