Taking left fom Preston to 121N is always a hastle, you have to wait atleast two/three cycles of green/red lights before you can make it through (since there is one lane to turn left). My question is:

Is there a need for the right lane under the bridge to be exlusively straight? My guess is most people going straight on Preston across 121 would probably use the overbridge.

So would n't make sense to allow left turn in addition to straight from the righ lane as well. That will allow two left turn lanes!

Once construction of the box diamond area (four service road intersections) is complete, it will allow for left-turns to be made from two lanes. Right now the number of lanes are limited due to the new concrete being installed between the SH 121 service roads.
