What can be done?
We have numerous yards throughout the neighborhood that have weeds upwards of 6-9 inches tall. Also there are 3 homes whose fences have been down due to a wind for over 1 month now. It is a disgrace to walk through the neighborhood.
I've tried talking to the President, and she states she can't *do* anything because she doesn't have time for this voluntary position of HOA president. Yet she didn't hesitate to run again & accept re-election for the position last month. There are so many of my neighbors that feel the same way I do about people's lack of care to their yards and property. Can the city do anything?

Code Enforcement inspects reported properties for nuisances, including vegetation that exceeds twelve (12”) inches and other property maintenance concerns. Many subdivisions within Frisco have covenants with more restrictive property maintenance requirements. Customarily, a property management company is contracted by a homeowner’s association to enforce their subdivision’s deed restrictions with the annual fees paid by residents within their community.
To report a nuisance violation at a property within a subdivision, a resident may call their community’s property management company and/or the City of Frisco Code Enforcement Division. Code Enforcement may be contacted at (972) 292-5302 or via e-mail to email@example.com.
